Toltec Wisdom
The Toltec were 'people of knowledge' - scientists and artists who created a society to explore and conserve the traditional spiritual knowledge and practices of their ancestors. The Toltec viewed science and spirit as part of the same entity, believing that all energy - material or ethereal - is derived from and governed by the universe.
Everything we do is based on agreements we have made. In these agreements we tell ourselves who we are, what everyone else is, how to act, what is possible and what is impossible. What we have agreed to believe creates what we experience. When these agreements come from fear obstacles develop keeping us from realizing our greatest potential.

Based on ancient Toltec wisdom. The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz, offers a powerful code of conduct that can rapidly transform our lives and our work into a new experience of effectiveness, balance and self supporting behavior.
The Four Agreements
BE IMPECCABLE WITH YOUR WORD
Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.

DON'T TAKE ANYTHING PERSONALLY
Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won't be the victim of needless suffering.

DON'T MAKE ASSUMPTIONS
Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness, and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.

ALWAYS DO YOUR BEST
Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgement, self-abuse, and regret.

Food Matters
I recently discovered this must watch documentary. Below is the 3 minute trailer. Let thy Food be thy Medicine and thy Medicine be thy Food -- Hippocrates. That is the message from the founding father of modern medicine echoed in the controversial new documentary film Food Matters from Producer-Directors James Colquhoun and Laurentine ten Bosch
With nutritionally-depleted foods, chemical additives and our tendency to rely upon pharmaceutical drugs to treat what's wrong with our malnourished bodies, it's no wonder that modern society is getting sicker.
Food Matters sets about uncovering the trillion dollar worldwide sickness industry and gives people some scientifically verifiable solutions for overcoming illness naturally

The Karma of War
War is a symbol of the negative aspects of human character, a symbol of the pain and sorrow that comes from the abuse of power, from the misuse of leadership.
The dogs of war have been let loose upon the earth, cruelties and abominations are taking place on many parts of the earth. Over it all hangs the supreme symbol of self destruction, nuclear weapons.
How does it come about that aggressive leaders, dictators and tyrants are able to lead there people to self destruction.
The only answer is that people do not understand, do not know, and do not have the courage or the position and power to prevent these catastrophes.

Prayer for Protection

Among the many things in my arsenal that can be used for protection, the first line of defense is prayer, and this is the one I use.
This prayer was written by James Dillet Freeman for all soldiers during World War II. It is one of two Freeman compositions carried to the moon by Apollo astronauts. In 1969, Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin took the "Prayer for Protection" along on the first manned moon landing. A microfilm copy of Freeman's poem "I Am There" was left on the moon in 1971 by Apollo XV astronaut James B. Irwin.

Yolana Bard

Recently, I came across this Ripley’s Believe it or not newspaper clipping and I thought I would share it with you.
Out of all my mother’s press releases this was her favorite. ” I finally made it to the big time”, she said.
The fact that she shared the caption with the man who landed on his feet, made her laugh out loud.
A psychic who performs as a volunteer for law enforcement authorities, without prior knowledge has given the N.Y. City Police Dept. the exact items taken by a robbery suspect, listed those the accused still carried – and even named the caliber of a murder weapon LONG BEFORE IT WAS FOUND!

Investing in Yourself
by Melody Bard
What I find most interesting is how many people often do not take the time or expense it takes to invest in themselves, especially during these hard times.
This reminds me of the preflight instructions you receive before takeoff. “In the event the oxygen masks fall from the overhead compartment, place one on yourself before placing one on your child.” This makes perfect sense to me. If I can’t breathe, I won’t be able to help my loved ones who are having difficulty breathing.

Heaven or Hell?
A short story dedicated to my dog Mojo who passed on suddenly last night.
Heaven or Hell?
An old man and his dog were walking along a country road, enjoying the scenery, when it suddenly occurred to the man that he was actually dead.
He remembered dying, and that his dog too had been dead for many years. He wondered where the road would lead them, and continued onward.

In this time of economic crisis, people are not only turning to financial advisers for help, they are also seeking advice from psychics.
"When things are bad, I'm usually busier," said psychic Melody Bard of Smithtown. "People are in a lot of pain right now."
According to Bard, whose clients have recently sought financial guidance from her, the current economic conditions will worsen before they improve. Some people will become "really poor," she noted, citing the era of the 1920s leading to the Great Depression.

How to use a Pendulum
How to use a Pendulum
Pendulums can be used to access your subconscious mind. The flow of energy goes from your subconscious mind to your extremities and around your body. Tiny muscles in your fingertips are connected to the motor centers of the brain and it is these motor centers that are affected by subconscious thoughts. Your thoughts and words affect the flow of energy and the pendulum responds.

Melody's Vision
by Nelressa Monique http://www.health-prism.com/spirit_melodys-vision.html
Melody's Vision
Psychics can bring insight to your success in finance, career, love life, family, health issues, spirituality, and more.
When you think of the word psychic, what comes to your mind? Usually for me it would conjure up thoughts about crystal balls, colorful stones or gypsy-dressed women loosely hanging out in front of the doorway, trying to lure innocent passer-by into their den of deception [Okay, a little over the top… but this is what I picture].

Salem Mass.
Me during a recent trip to Salem, If you ever get a chance to visit, be careful at John Hathorne's house, Nathaniel Hawthorne's Great-Great Grandfather, AKA the Hanging Judge. I picked up very negative spiritual activity and felt ill untill I left. Otherwise Salem is a great place and I cant wait to go back.Salem Mass.
Peahen (female peacock)
I was sitting at home feeling a bit depressed over the passing of my Mother. I had been asking her to send me a sign that she hears me. I than turn my head up to look out of my skylight, and I see what appears to be a peacock. I quickly grabbed my camera and took this shot. I am happy to report that my peahen is still visiting me and my family. Every time I see her I remember my mother and I know she is watching over me.
Update.- 4/3/11 Pea hen has been gone now for the past 9 months. She has moved on to greener pastures.
